Greg Wells

As a scientist and performance physiologist, Dr. Greg Wells has dedicated his career to exploring and researching human limits and making that science understandable and actionable. As a way to help our parents and guardians during this difficult time, the Rainy River District School Board Parent Involvement Committee has asked Dr. Wells to share his knowledge and tips in two webinar sessions. The first one, on May 7 entitled The Ripple Effect: Sleep, Eat, Move and Think Better, Dr. Wells will offer actionable insights and tactics you can use to supercharge your life and reach your full potential. Then on June 11, Dr. Wells will present on The Focus Effect: Unplugging from a Culture of Constant Distraction where he will share the specific tactics and strategies he has developed for successfully “unplugging” in order to recharge and refocus on your dreams, goals, and objectives.

Please click below to register and a secure link will be emailed to you prior to the sessions. The sessions will run from 6:00-7:00 p.m. CT.
